Communication

 Connects

That

A 12-session couples coaching program to turn miscommunication into deeper intimacy, safety, and ease.

Online • 90-minute sessions

Trauma-informed • Neurodiversity-affirming

Free 45 min call • No pressure, just clarity.

Is this         ?

you

You love each other — and yet conversations sometimes leave you feeling misunderstood and alone.

Small tensions linger or repeat, even though you’re both self-aware and trying your best.

One (or both) of you tends to shut down, mask, over-explain, or go into loops during conflict.

You want to meet in the middle: be fully yourselves and feel truly seen, safe and understood.

“Now, when conflict arises, we tend to talk and clear things faster instead of letting them linger.”

What this program helps you

build

Clarity under the surface: recognise emotional sequences, triggers and needs in real time.

Safety in hard moments: tools to regulate, reconnect, and return to warmth more quickly.

Language that lands: practical ways to express needs and boundaries without escalation.

Mutual understanding: attunement to each other’s inner world — especially in mixed ND/NT dynamics.

Sustainable intimacy: habits that keep love feeling soft, honest and alive.

“We’ve learned to access deeper layers of love and understanding by getting to the root of our misunderstandings.”

How it

works

FOUNDATIONS (SESSIONS 1-4)

Slow things down: map your patterns, name your needs, and see what's underneath the surface.

TRANSFORMATION (SESSIONS 5-8)

Practise new communication moves, repair in the moment, and build rituals for reconnection.

INTEGRATION (SESSIONS 9-12)

Anchor habits, prevent relapses, and design your ongoing “relationship maintenance” plan.

“These sessions have become our way of tending to the relationship — clearing the debris that naturally accumulates over time. Relationships are living systems; they require attention, honesty, and care.”

— 'Communication That Connects' couple

The

approach

I draw from Internal Family Systems / Intimacy From the Inside Out, embodiment / somatic practices, trauma-informed coaching, and shadow work — blending body–mind–heart tools to meet you where you are.

This work is neurodiversity-affirming: we adapt pace, language and session design to respect how each of you processes, communicates, and regulates.

We ensure your inner protective parts feel respected and appreciated, and your vulnerabilities are ony met when it feels safe for your system to allow that to happen.

“With your guidance — tracking our patterns, asking pointed questions, and reframing our perspectives — we’ve become more open and receptive to one another.”

FAQs

Q: Is this therapy?

A: This is trauma-informed coaching with a deeply therapeutic feel. I’m not a licensed therapist.

We’ll honour your protectors and vulnerabilities, move at the pace of your nervous systems, and do meaningful deeper work focused on change in the present.

You’ll be invited to feel your emotions and gently soften old defences — safely, slowly, respectfully, and with consent.

Q: Do we need to be in crisis?

A: No. Many couples start early to build strong foundations for the future — others come when patterns feel stuck. Both are welcome.

Q: Is it suitable for neurodivergent people or couples?

A: Yes. Sessions are ND-affirming, sensory-aware, and paced to your specific nervous systems.

Q: How do we start?

A: Every couple begins with a free 45–60 minute discovery call. If it’s a yes for all of us, you’ll purchase your first block of 4 and schedule your sessions. You’ll also receive a gentle welcome pack to prepare.
